EXPERIENCE
Rafael Carreira joined The John Buck Company in 1993 and serves as Principal in the Development Group. His principal roles on development projects are to manage and coordinate critical elements prior to construction which include: feasibility analysis, site acquisitions, budgeting, pre-leasing, scheduling, design, and project financing. Once projects are in construction, his responsibilities shift to leasing, asset management, cost controls, accounting, and reporting.
