High above Chicago’s Union Station, its aging office complex faced significant challenges years ago when it was assigned to JBC’s Buck Management Group. It had nearly 75,000 square feet of vacant space and significant lease expirations on the horizon. Worse, it also required major asbestos abatement. JBC raised market positioning capital and addressed every issue, preparing the building to provide twenty-first-century tenant experiences.
