Project Summary

The Standard, High Line, designed by Polshek Partnership (now Ennead Architects), is an 18-story tower located in New York City consisting of 337 rooms. The property straddles the High Line and provides views of the skyline and Hudson River. The hotel contains a restaurant, bar, night club and meeting space and was completed in September 2009. JBC was hired by Dune Capital and Greenfield Partners to serve as development manager for the project.
