Spring Fling 2015 to Benefit Off The Street Club
Our 27th annual Spring Fling is upon us, this year featuring 22 top Chicago restaurants, beverages and our ever-popular “big draw” raffle to benefit The John Buck Company Foundation and a local non-profit, chosen for its commitment to children’s education. We’re expecting over 2,500 attendees from the real estate and business community for 2015, generously netting our beneficiaries an expected $700,000.
Save the date for June 18, 2015, at the Merchandise Mart South Lobby and Drive.
Spring Fling 2015’s beneficiary, Off The Street Club, is Chicago’s oldest boys and girls club. For the past 114 years, Off The Street Club has provided a safe place where children who have said no to gangs, drugs and violence can turn for a better tomorrow. Off The Street Club provides after-school programs, tutoring and mentorship opportunities in a safe environment for more than 3,000 children, away from the worry and fear these children face every day growing up in one of America’s most dangerous neighborhoods. The Clubhouse provides arts & crafts, woodshop, dance, drama, chorus, tutoring, a crucial library, game room, computer lab, girl’s center, photography club, cooking sessions, holiday parties, teen leadership club and more for children who otherwise may never have access to these opportunities.
