Our Role

Since assuming management for the property in 2009, The John Buck Company has achieved numerous accomplishments at The Rookery including: increasing Energy Score by 35%, implemented energy reduction measures resulting in annual savings of 650,000 kWh, and successfully completing several complicated capital projects such as the Adams Street Vault, Exterior Lighting, and Facade Project.
