There is no more recognizable building in the Minneapolis skyline than the IDS Center. JBC purchased the three-decade-old building in 2004 and immediately undertook a major repositioning of the retail spaces and extensive upgrades to the office tower. Restoring the building to its former glory increased its market competitiveness and in August 2006, it sold to Inland Real Estate.
