222 South Riverside Plaza is a 35-story, 1,111,782 RSF office tower designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.  Located at 222 South Riverside Plaza, over the main public transportation center, Union Station, in the popular West Loop, the building construction was completed in 1971, renovated in 1995 and repositioned from 2001-2003.

When assigned to Buck Management Group in 2001, the building 1,111,782 RSF building was 94% occupied with 74,059 RSF of vacant space and significant known lease expirations and future vacancy, asbestos abatement and market positioning capital and leasing needed.
