The John Buck Company looks for opportunities in supply-constrained, major U.S. markets with high barriers to entry, targeting 24/7 submarkets that cater to innovation, growth, and a high quality of life for local residents and tenants alike. We then develop Class-A product and acquire assets that can be repositioned or repurposed to attract core, institutional investors.
